Smell Like A Snack This Fall

I stan for smelling delectable. The fall is my favorite time to bring out my heavy hitters because it's not hot to the point that sweat overpowers my scents and this is prime cuddling season. Do you know the power of giving someone a whiff of vanilla while you're binging Big Mouth? Unheard of. 

So I am about to give you my top 4 scents for the fall to keep you boo'd up.

1. Givenchy Hot Couture  Eau de Toilette, $76

Notes:​ Raspberry nectar, magnolia, transparent jasmine, amber veriver

This perfume is very sweet and warm but not in a smack you in the face type of way. It's a very sexy scent in my opinion and would be ideal for an impromptu d*ck appointment . I know the price tag might make you a little weary but you get 1.7 oz and you only need a couple of sprays so your money will be stretching long. Also, the warmth of this scent is ideal for colder months so you more than likely won't be using it for half the year. Unless you fall in love and want to wear it year round, which is totally understandable.

2. Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium, $28-145

Notes:​  Black coffee, white flowers, vanilla

I'm gonna keep it a buck with you...this perfume smells like sex. It smells like "Do I Wanna Know" by Arctic Monkeys. It smells like rich bitch energy. It is another warm perfume with a hint of spiciness. I should admit that I have a special place in my heart for high end perfumes but they really are worth the money when they a) last and b) wrap you up in deliciousness. The great thing about this perfume is that it comes in multiple sizes with a range of prices. If you're just dipping your toe in, the $28 travel size is a great way to see how it reacts to your body. And once you're addicted (and you will be) it'll take a little bit of the pain out of those heftier price tags.

3. Vicktor&Rolf Flower Bomb​. $30-215

Notes: Jasmine, orange blossom, patchouli

I'm addicted to smelling like vanilla and amber, I'm convinced. This is an oldie but goodie that even inspired a song. Can you say ICONIC? From the bottle to the romantic scent, this fragrance gives me feminine sensuality in the best way. I want to wear something silky and put on my 26 inch wig and just be great when I wear this. Travel size is going to be your best friend when it comes to this fragrance, too. Why must is cost to smell like the snacks that we are?  I do think this is well worth the price and can easily become a staple in your collection and offer a boost during those gloomy fall days.

4. Maison Margeiela 'Replica' Jazz Club, $28-126

Notes: Pink pepper, rum absolute, tobacco leaf absolute

Every now and then I let the more feminine scents have a break and bring out something a little more unisex. I feel like I should be drinking and smoking a cigar while listening to a Nina Simone record when I wear this. It is warm and rich in a way that is nostalgic. That's actually the idea behind the Replica collection and it's genius. Imagine you and your man both smelling tasty. The downside for sure is the price. Even I haven't been able to bring myself to hand over $126 for the full size bottle (which is beautiful btw) but I might have to take that L to smell yummy.
