Let's get spooky bitches. This is a preview of the books that I'll be reviewing this month to get you in the mood for Halloween.
"The Last Time I Lied"
Summer camp. Murder. Artists. This is my type of party, I love a female driven mystery and having to unpack memories and secrets. Spill the tea!
The name alone frightens my burger loving ass. I also thing it is extremely important to support authors of color so the fact that it's also creepy is giving me life. Again, another female-led thriller and this one is supposed to be sexy.
If you don't get all of the Scooby Doo vibes from this cover I don't know what kind of child hood you had fam. This book is really playing up on that 4 stereotypical kids and a dog that Scooby Doo gave us and twisting it around in a funny and clever way. Jinkies! (I'm corny, I'm sorry.)
So these are going to be on my reading list as I stay inside hoarding all the Halloween candy, what's on yours? Also feel free to check these out too so we can discuss them once I review them!
